Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will be available under the following circumstances:
- Wrong Payment: If there has been an incorrect over payment or card swiping into our clinic account.
- Change in Medical Condition: When a patient’s general medical condition (such as cardiac, pulmonary, or endocrine issues) renders them unsuitable for the intended treatment.
Management Discretion:
- Our quality team will review refund requests based on the patient's reasons.
- Refunds can be processed as Credit to the Patient's Bank. This process takes a minimum of 30 days.
Refund Process:
- Patients must submit the following documents: Receipts, X-rays, Any other relevant records.
- Additionally, patients must return any delivered dentures, crowns, aligners, failed implants, or ortho appliances to our clinic.
- No refund will be eligible if there is a loss of prosthesis or failure to return an implant.
Refund Claims Not Eligible:
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Consultations, x-rays, diagnosis, and treatment planning are not eligible for refund.
- Services like root canal treatment, teeth whitening, oral prophylaxis, polishing, bone or gum surgeries, extractions, pain relief treatment in emergencies are not eligible for refund.
- Lab charges for prosthesis, aligners, crowns, dentures, etc., will also be deducted.
- Treatment has started, part completed, or prosthesis fitted.
- Patient does not report for treatment, leading to deterioration or changes in fit (e.g., dentures, crowns, aligners).
- 30 days have passed since the patient's last visit.
- Treatment received at a clinic outside our network.
- Non-compliance with instructions or failure to follow up on further treatment recommendations.
- Aligners: If impressions or scans have been done or aligners have been ordered, no refund will be provided.
Re-treatment Policy
Re-treatment: If a patient is unsatisfied with the treatment outcome, we offer re-treatment options.
- Re-treatment decisions are made based on individual cases and clinical assessment.
- Patient has to pay a subsidized fee for additional treatment.
Patient Responsibilities:
- Patients must comply with instructions and attend follow-up appointments.
- Failure to follow retention protocols (e.g., wearing retainers) may affect re-treatment eligibility.
